Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, the No. 1 overall draft pick in 2019 and a two-time Pro Bowler, has only led the team to one winning season since taking over as the starter.

Despite making additions during the offseason, including the drafting of Paris Johnson and signing linebacker Kyzir White, the Cardinals are still expected to be one of the NFL’s worst teams this year.

However, Murray believes that the Cardinals are in a strong position to have a competitive season in 2023.

Murray’s readiness is key to the Cardinals’ success.

After tearing his ACL last season and undergoing reconstructive surgery, Murray may not be ready for Week 1 this year, but he remains determined to be on the field.
